Description Flynn Fleming LLP is a boutique law firm founded and run by two siblings. It represents individuals, families and businesses in the areas of (1) the legal needs of the LGBT community; (2) family mediation and collaborative divorce; (3) litigation; (4) wills and estate planning; and (5) intellectual property rights.

Flynn Fleming LLP combines the best aspects of a small firm with big firm experience. Annaliese F. Fleming is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and UW-Madison. The National Association of Women Lawyers named her the Outstanding Woman Law Graduate in 1999. Annaliese has represented individuals and businesses for ten years in a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters in the areas of intellectual property, contract disputes, franchise and distribution, real estate, fiduciary duty, stock appraisal, and insurance coverage. Annaliese is a member of the Association of Women Lawyers, the Wisconsin Association of Mediators, the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, and the National Association of Professional Women.

Jonathon C. Flynn is a graduate of Marquette Law School and has a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering: Astronautics from the University of Southern California. Jonathon' has worked at an intellectual property firm and he also worked as a engineer and a computer programmer prior to law school. His background enables Flynn Fleming LLP to use technology to be both cutting edge and efficient. Jonathon is active in the gay community and volunteers at the Aids Resource Center of Wisconsin and Pridefest. He recently joined the board of Center Advocates.
